Ahead of tonight's Mission Survive final, Vogue Williams has spoke out about her experience on the show.
This evening sees the climax of Bear Grylls' celebrity survival show as Vogue, Dame Kelly Holmes and Mike Tindall compete to be crowned the Mission Survive winner.
Over the past six weeks they've taken on all sorts in a trek across South America, from treating tastebuds to tarantula legs to crossing fierce rivers full of crocodiles.
But what most of us are STILL talking about is the stars drinking their own wee.
Vogue, married to Westlife's Brian McFadden, said: "It is following me around! Especially in Ireland.
"And I said this to Bear - I was like, 'Bear, please don't make us drink our own wee, you don't know what Irish people are like'. He's like, 'Don't be silly, nobody will care, everybody will forget about it'.
"I was like, 'I have to go to photoshoots and stuff after this, no-one is going to employ me!' He's like, 'That will really make them want to employ you!' I just thought, 'I'm just not going to convince this guy'.
"There was nothing I could do and it had to be done, and I don't feel like I'm any better a person for drinking my own wee. It's pretty embarrassing."
Vogue went on: "I think it's disgusting and I don't think anyone should drink their own wee. It's sick. And it actually tastes so disgusting."
Speaking to DigitalSpy, Vogue revealed that it could've been a lot worse had she not 'prepared'.
"I drank loads of water before that wee, so mine was the most watery. I'm proud of that part!" she explained. "Tom [Rosenthal]'s wee was the worst wee of everyone's! Tom's wee was like a hangover wee - it was like apple juice. It was disgusting. He loved it! He said it tasted like green tea. He'd probably do it again!"
In the final this evening we'll see Vogue having to prepare rats for her last supper, and let's just say it's going to replace chicken on the kitchen table anytime soon.
"It's so hard to skin a rat!" Vogue taught us. "When I skinned the rabbits, the fur just fell off, but the rats… ugh, they just smelled so bad.
"And then you're eating a rat off a stick - it's like, 'What have I done with my life? How am I here?' That actually tasted alright to be honest, though. I wouldn't say no to a bit more rat. Just maybe on a cleaner stick."
The model added: "Oh my God, I'd eat a million rats before I drank my own pee again!"
