Made In Chelsea's Sam Thompson has given Love Island couples a warning.
The long-time reality star reckons newbies to the scene need to slow down.
Sam, who has been on E4's Made In Chelsea for X years, suggested: "I do think with a lot of new shows, say like even Love Island, the people in these shows go from [highs to lows]."
He told the Metro newspaper: "We’re lucky, we’ve had a long experience of it, and then they come out and suddenly they’re famous and they’re racing to get the OK! magazine cover and this and that and they’re like, 'Oh, we need to get married immediately! We need to get engaged. We need to have a baby.'
"Sorry? Poor baby, poor kid. Because, at the end of the day, they won’t be together so it’s just going to suck.
"They’re all pregnant and engaged and I think everyone just needs to slow the pace of life down."
Sam's comments are possibly aimed at Love Island's Dominic Lever and Jessica Shears who last week announced their engagement - just weeks after meeting on the ITV2 show.
Sam himself recently found himself in another reality romance after splitting from his long-term Made In Chelsea girlfriend Tiffany Watson.
But after getting close with X Factor singer Amelia Lily on Celebrity Big Brother, Sam says they're taking it VERY slow.
"I’ve been on three dates, two and half as one of them was going to an event together. We had a lovely time," he said.
But saying he was definitely still officially single, Sam said: "I don’t know if I want a relationship. We were dating in the house. And outside of that horror show of where everyone is thrown together, it’s just really nice.
"I am single. I could date other girls. I’m actually not but I could. So yeah, I’m single but having a good time."
Made In Chelsea returns to E4 on Monday night.
