The pair's romance had looked pretty strong recently, with Jamie even discussing the possibility of kids at the start of the year.
He told OK! magazine: "Seriously I never think, 'Oh, she's going to be The One' but she's the loveliest person in the world. Any guy would be over the moon to have her, so I've got to consider myself pretty lucky."
"I love kids more than anything, I want a whole fleet of them," Jamie added.
But on tonight's MiC, all was not well in Frankie and Jamie's relationship as it was revealed both hadn't been totally honest with one another.
Frankie confessed to hooking up with a guy while Jamie admitted to being "inappropriate" with another girl.
Frankie and Jamie both sought out advice from their pals, with Oliver Proudlock suggesting they'd be better apart.
Meanwhile, Jamie and Frankie weren't the only couple in an awkward situation tonight.
Having cheated on Ella, a sheepish Julius was keen to make amends - but Ella's ex Harry Baron was back in town to put a spanner in the works.
"You cant deny we do have fun," Harry told Ella in a confrontation with Julius.
She replied: "It is fun but I don't want to flirt with you."
"But you did," he claimed, "You do have a guard up with me and I feel once you let that guard down, things will be different.
"I just don't think Julius is your type , the chemistry between you guys seems really unnatural."
Julius reacted: "You're an incredibly arrogant man and I have never met anything like it in my life."
Elsewhere on this evening's show, keen to help JP prepare for fatherhood, Ollie decided to take matters into his own hands and gave him a crash course on childbirth.
JP and Ollie went on to watch a birthing video together, which they soon regretted.
JP reacted: "Poor Binky, what have I done to her?!"
