Provisionally titled Boxer And Ballroom, the ITV special is rumoured to see the pair swap careers.
According to The Sun newspaper, boxer Tommy will try his hand at ballroom dancing while Curtis Pritchard will step into the ring.
A source shared: “ITV wanted to explore a series for them, but didn’t just want a silly contrived fly-on-wall bromance type of show.
"Instead, they’ve come up with this career swap.”
Both Tommy and Curtis made the final of Love Island in the summer with partners Molly-Mae Hague and Maura Higgins respectively.
It follows news that Tommy's family would be getting their own show.
ITV previously announced new series Meet The Furys, following boxer Tommy, his brother Tyson Fury and the rest of their relatives.
The exclusive, behind-the-scenes show will follow the larger than life family, giving viewers an unprecedented insight into the life of one of the most fascinating and controversial figures in British sport.
Meet The Furys will focus on Tyson as he fulfils his childhood dream of defending his heavyweight boxing lineal championship in Las Vegas and prepares to take on his arch-rival Deontay Wilder for a second time.
The series will have a ringside seat inside Tyson’s Morecambe home and at the gypsy kings family site, candidly capturing him amongst his inner circle of family and friends who have lived through Tyson’s mental health and addiction issues with him.
ITV said: "The series combines a warm and at times emotional family saga with raw and unflinching scenes of Tyson preparing for the fight against German Tom Schwarz and September’s Otto Wallin bout to reveal the most complete and intimate portrait of the Gypsy King ever seen."
An air date for the series is to be confirmed.
