Lucie is currently coupled up with Anton Danyluk, but there's no spark between them.
Instead, she's harbouring a secret crush on Tommy - who is romancing her pal, Molly-Mae Hague.
The Twitter challenge added fuel to the fire earlier this week, when the islanders heard one viewer say Tommy and Lucie are "meant to be".
Now, after the latest dramatic double dumping, Lucie is on the verge of telling the boxer how she feels.
Shortly after the boot-out took place, the surfer talked things through with Anton, saying she would "regret" keeping quiet.
"I respect Molly and I respect Tommy, I can see they clearly like each other," she began.
"But then I said to the girls, I have been best friends with guys and then I’ve dated one of them. It’s happened. I’m not going to lie.
"At the same time, when you get moments like this, you feel like you don’t know where you’re going to go.
"If I feel like I left and had never said anything, I would feel regret."
However, the thought of harming Molly-Mae is weighing heavy on Lucie's mind.
"I’ve been thinking about it since the challenge and I’ve just thought, I can’t do it, Molly is my friend," she continued.
"I don’t want to upset her and I don’t want him to go straight back to her.
"But nights like tonight, if I’d have left and not said anything I would be absolutely gutted."
Agreeing with the sentiment, Anton advised Lucie to "let him know" before it's too late.
"I think it’s worth saying to him that you do feel a certain way. What’s the worst that can happen?" he pondered.
"You’ve taken a lot of risks in here, we could have gone home tonight. Everything happens for a reason."
The question is, will Lucie take the chance and risk her friendship?
