TLC is launching Olivia and Alex: Happily Ever After, a new seven-part show which will follow the pair as they settle into their first year of life as a married couple.

Olivia and Alex met on Love Island’s second series in 2016, where they finished as runners up to winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey.

Last year they got married, with their own TV special following every moment, and now their own series is set to follow.

“OUR BRAND NEW SERIES COMING SOON TO TLC”, Olivia confirmed today. “We are so excited and cannot wait for you to come on this journey with us. Wow.”

She added: “We are letting the cameras back in, to give you a glimpse of everything.”

A trailer for the series sees the pair discussing starting a family together.

Alex says: “I’m 28 this year, I want to be one of them young dads.”

But Olivia responds: “You don’t realise how much a baby will change your life!”

She is later seen telling her mum: “Alex wants a child now, he always talks to me about it.”

Hinting that she’s not ready to become a mother yet, Olivia added: ‘I’m not ready to let go of my youth!’

In addition to Alex and Olivia’s show, Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison is also getting her own series.

Her show – No Filter (working title) – will air across seven episodes on digital channel Quest Red.

Following on from a one-off special earlier this year, the series will follow Vicky as she embarks on a journey of self-discovery in an attempt to live life to the fullest after splitting from her fiancé.

Both shows will be produced by Angel Eye Media for Discovery Networks UK and Ireland, who operate both TLC and Quest Red.

“The Vicky Pattison and Olivia & Alex specials really struck a chord with audiences and we’re delighted that they’ve chosen us to tell the next chapters of their stories.”
