Which Love Island couples are still together from past series?

As another series of Love Island concludes, here’s a look back at the couples still going strong from past years.

While most pairings from Love Island’s four series to date are no longer together, a handful of are still going strong.

And between them there have been two marriages and two children…

Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey (2016)

Love Island 2016 winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey won the show in 2016, sharing the £50,000 prize.

They split up around a year later but soon got back together before welcoming their first child, a son called Freddie, in 2017.

Last year the couple announced their engagement, with Nathan popping the question at the villa they first met.

The pair are currently planning for their big day.

Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen (2016)

Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen met on Love Island’s second series in 2016, where they finished as runners up to winners Cara and Nathan.

The pair became the first ever Love Island couple to get married, tying the knot last year.

Now they’ve got their own show: TLC is launching Olivia and Alex: Happily Ever After, a new seven-part show which will follow the pair as they settle into their first year of life as a married couple.

“OUR BRAND NEW SERIES COMING SOON TO TLC”, Olivia confirmed in June. “We are so excited and cannot wait for you to come on this journey with us. Wow.”

She added: “We are letting the cameras back in, to give you a glimpse of everything.”

Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt (2017)

Love Island couple Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt were runners up on Series in 2017.

The pair are still together and recently discussed marriage.

“We haven’t said if it’s on or off the cards so we’re just seeing how we’re getting on. We’ll see what’s happening,” Camilla said earlier in 2019. “It’s about being in the right place at the right time.”

In an interview with the Daily Mail newspaper, she added: “We were quite fortunate in that we met and had this amazing time on the show which was three weeks from the end, so we had this incredible experience on Love Island. I was just really lucky.”

In January, the pair appeared in their very own ITVBe show.

Jess Shears and Dom Lever (2017)

Jess and Dom met on Love Island in 2017 and last year (2018) became the second couple from the show to get married.

Now they’re starting a family, sharing a picture of an ultrasound scan on their respective Instagram pages in May to announce they are expecting their first child together.

Jess wrote alongside the picture: “The best is yet to come” while Dom added: “Living the dream .”

Speaking to OK Magazine in 2018 at their wedding, Dom said: “People said we wouldn’t last but now we’re husband and wife. We’re proof that when you meet the right person, there’s no need to hang around.”
