ITV2 will air Love Island: The Christmas Reunion tonight (December 17) as host Caroline Flack reunites nineteen of its most talked about Islanders as they gather for the ultimate festive get together.

Reflecting on their memorable Summer experience, the winter special picks up where the couples left off, with Iain Stirling once again presiding over the proceedings as narrator.

And it doesn’t take long for things to kick off as some former couples come face to face.

Georgia and Sam left the villa together as a couple but split up soon after the show amid cheating rumours.

In a teaser clip from the show, Sam is seen confronting Georgia about the claims.

He says: “Don’t you think it’s embarrassing that you bang on about being loyal and you weren’t loyal to me?”

“As soon as you walked into the door of your exes house, that’s not loyal.

“No one needs to pick up their stuff from someone’s house at 4 in the morning.”

But Georgia protests her innocence and claims: “You made me feel very, very trapped and you were very horrible to me.”

She walks away: “I’m walking away because I really don’t care any more darling.”

“You’re in the wrong again, that’s why you’re walking away, it’s so obvious,” reacts Sam.

Others returning to the show Love Island winners Jack and Dani and finalists Wes and Megan, and Kaz (boyfriend Josh is away in the USA).

Meanwhile, how will other estranged couples Laura and Paul, and Ellie and Charlie react as they come face to face?

Samira, Dr Alex, Alexandra, Kendall, Hayley and Eyal are also back to update on whether they’ve had more luck in love outside the villa. And are Adam and Zara still living a happy ever after?

Another awkward moment to prepare for is when Hayley fails to remember Doctor Alex.

He reacts: “I’m literally sat right there, not many seats down from her and she forgot completely who I was.”
