Love Island star Alex George has reportedly landed a presenting gig on ITV's This Morning.
Dr Alex was unlucky in love in the villa, never really hitting it off with any of the girls.
He ended up coupling with Alexandra Cane before the pair were eliminated in the week before the final.
But while his personal life may not be working out, professionally things are looking good for Alex.
Alex is said to be lined up to join This Morning after confessing he wanted to do more 'TV Doctor' work.
“There were points where I was talking in the villa like about C-sections and everyone was really interested and I think people of my age want to know more about the medical world," Alex suggested. “I would love to do TV doctor work because I am passionate about my job and would love to make that accessible to all audiences.”
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Producers were impressed with Alex following his time on the show this week – and were intrigued to hear him say how keen he was to pursue more TV work.
“They believe it would be great to have a new face whose come from a show like Love Island and can appeal to a younger audience to give his insight on the medical world."
They added: “He talks really passionately about his profession and is a big star thanks to his summer in the villa – but wants to use his newfound fame to educate the masses.”
It was Jack and Dani who won love Island 2018 last Monday night with over 80% of the vote.
Rivals Laura & Paul were runners up, Josh & Kaz finished in third and Wes & Megan ended the series in 4th place.
However Love Island 2018 isn't over just yet.
Love Island 2018 will be back on Sunday, August 5 from 9PM with this year's reunion show.
Caroline Flack will be joined by all the islanders from across the series as we get all the gossip from the Isle of Love and find out if love is still blooming outside of the villa.
