Love Island 2018 has promised the most dramatic recoupling ever on Monday night.

Chaos has rocked the ITV2 dating contest this week after bosses brought back the devilish Casa Amor twist.

The islanders were split in two groups, with the men being sent off to the sneaky second villa.

Twelve fresh faces then arrived, putting the original couples’ relationships to the ultimate test.

In a further shock, one of the new girls turned out to be Jack Fincham’s real-life ex Ellie Jones.

The original boys and girls have been getting to know the new Islanders in their respective villas over the weekend.

Now on Monday night, a dramatic recoupling will cause a huge stir.

In a text, the original Islanders are told they must decide whether or not they want to stay in their original couples or partner up with one of the newbies.

Currently the official couples are: Dani Dyer & Jack Fincham, Laura Anderson & Wes Nelson, Georgia Steel & Josh Denzel, Alex George & Ellie Brown, and Sam Bird & Samira Mighty, while Megan Barton Hanson and Adam Collard are both single.

Even before the second villa twist, there was trouble for many of the duos with Laura and Wes breaking up while Alex and Ellie also called time on their couplin.

Meanwhile, it’s been claimed that anyone left single after the recoupling will be kicked out of the show.

Depending on how it all goes down, it could lead to a number of exits as the original Islanders decide what to do.

Over the weekend, while Georgia Steel has remained loyal to Josh Denzel, his “head has been turned” by newbie Kazimir Crossley.

Meanwhile, Megan Barton Hanson has been getting cosy with the new lads, days after she caused a stir by ditching Eyal Booker for Wes Nelson.

Love Island airs nightly at 9.00pm on ITV2.
