Love Island 2018: Samira Mighty branded a 'game player'

Samira Mighty has been branded a 'game player' over her actions in the Love Island villa.

Former Islander Charlie Frederick reckons Samira is playing a good game, and has defended Adam Collard.

Chatting on FUBAR Radio’s Access All Areas, Lizzie Cundy had Jo Wood step in as her special guest co-host. They spoke exclusively to ex-Love Island contestant Charlie, who was eliminated earlier this month alongside Hayley Hughes.

Sharing his opinions of the Islanders, Charlie stood up for Adam: “I vouch for Adam. He’s a proper good lad. I don’t blame him to be honest.”

Adam has been receiving harsh criticism on Twitter and by organisations such as Women’s Aid. However, Charlie claims to sympathise with him: “He’s getting a lot of stick, but a lot of lads would have acted the same I feel. If you’ve got three good looking girls laying it on you you’re not going to be like ‘no, sorry’.”

Lizzie then asked what Charlie thinks of Samira: “She’s just trying to be everyone’s pal. I don’t really know if she’s got a connection with anyone in there.

“She’s playing the game very well, let’s be honest.”

When asked if he thinks Samira is a game player, Charlie responded: “I mean, yeah. I think there are a fair few in there.”

Charlie also commented on his failed relationship with Hayley: “Too much of a princess. She wanted everything done for her. Even after the villa, she just doesn’t lift a finger.
I’m not into that – I like an independent woman.”

Charlie admitted to FUBAR Radio that he would have picked Megan if he could turn back time, he also bit as Wes Nelson: “I probably wouldn’t have waited three times for her to ask me [for a kiss], I probably would’ve just done it the first time.”

Love Island continues nightly on ITV2.
