Fans of the ITV2 dating contest have been speculating about a bombshell twist following a teaser on Sunday’s spin-off Aftersun.

While presenting the show, Caroline Flack was surprised with a message saying: “Your services are required in the villa.

“Please board the next plane to Love Island.”

Now we seemingly have an idea of what to expect, with reports claiming that Casa Amor is about to return.

The twist was introduced in last year’s series, when the male contestants were shipped off to a second villa – where they encountered new females.

According to The Sun, producers are set to repeat the stunt, with this year’s boys due to move house imminently.

“Having the second villa packed with five hot females is going to cause fireworks,” a source said.

“This series has been so exciting and the show’s bosses are pulling out all the stops to make sure this twist causes a lot of trouble.”

Several fresh faces are said to be travelling to Majorca, where they could be picked to enter Casa Amor.

“Bosses are vetting them all really carefully,” the source teased. “They want to put in girls who’ll cause the most drama.”

However, there could be a further shock in store for one lad in particular.

Speculation has been mounting recently that the islanders could be joined by their real-life exes – and now it looks set to become a reality.

The Sun claims Jack will be reunited with his former flame Ellie Jones, who is apparently one of the newbies.

Her arrival is bound to cause tension between the pen salesman and his current partner, Dani Dyer.

“Jack’s ex-girlfriend Ellie Jones will be waiting there for him,” the mole added. “She’s made it clear she wants to win him back.

“So time alone together could be the end of him and Dani.”

It is apparently yet to be decided whether the ladies back in the main villa will be joined by new men, as happened last year.
