Danny Dyer has been in tears watching daughter Dani on Love Island

Actor Danny Dyer has apparently been left emotional watching daughter Dani on Love Island 2018.

Dani Dyer is currently one of the Islanders on the ITV2 series.

And the first week proved a roller-coaster for her after coupling up with Jack Fincham.

In just days the pair went from sharing a first kiss to a tearful break up.

But now they’re very much back on, enjoying a first official date in tonight’s show.

Danny’s wife Jo spilled this weekend: “Danny wasn’t happy at first when she was going into the show but at the moment he thinks Dani has done well with her behaviour.

“He got a bit choked up when she was sad about finding out Jack was a t***.

“That’s his daughter and they have a very close bond.”

Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, she said: “He wishes she’d be a bit like me when it comes to emotions, as he thinks I’m hard work and I don’t give anything away. ­Basically not a melt.

“He said to me the other day, ‘Babe I really miss Dani, do you?’ She hadn’t even been gone a week. I said, ‘Nope, I’m loving the no drama’.

“He already asked if she left a Father’s Day card – of course she has. Dani has been hurt by boys but Dani is sensitive, she’s emotional losing a water bottle at home.”

Jo told the tabloid that she hadn’t been left particularly impressed by the boys in the villa.

“These don’t seem to be the elite,” she said, “The boys are young and they don’t have a clue.”
