Niall Aslam and Alex George enjoy dates with Georgia Steel and Rosie Williams on Love Island 2018 tonight.
After viewers were asked to pair up the guys with the two new girls, Alex and Niall are sent off on their dates with new Rosie and Georgia respectively.
Up first, Georgia and Niall are getting to know each other and Niall shares what his usual type on paper is.
“My dream girl personality-wise is bubbly and fun, like you,” he tells Georgia. “You seem so bubbly. Just up for a laugh, obviously be fit, which obviously you are but just be fun.”
Niall and Georgia are discussing their favourite foods and hatred of the gym. Georgia admits: “I’ve never been to the gym babes, I’m not going out with someone who is at the gym every day.”
“Thank God,” Niall exclaims, “It’s just a bit much isn’t it!”
Towards the end of their date, Niall opens up to Georgia about how he feels: “I’ll be straight forward, I think you’re absolutely stunning, you are unreal… I just thought straight away [you’d fancy] Adam.”
“Honestly I’ve been waiting for someone like you to come through the door,” Niall adds.
“That makes me feel really special,” Georgia smiles as Niall leans in for a kiss
Meanwhile, Alex and Rosie are bonding on the things they have in common; both being welsh and making their parents proud with their high powered jobs.
On what she is looking for in the villa, Rosie tells Alex: “I love someone who can make me laugh and I’ve got a lot of friends who are boys back home and I see them a lot after work and we’ll go and play golf.”
“You’re a lovely guy and I’ve got high hopes for you,” Rosie adds.
After their date, Alex tells the boys about his date with Rosie: “She’s a nice girl, it was a really good date, we had a really nice setting, she’s Welsh, she’s a clever girl so we had a lot in common…
"Chatting to her, I think her type isn’t always the right decision… Let’s see, it was a good first date.”
In the Beach Hut, Alex admits: “I’m feeling much more positive it was great to go on a date and have a nice time with someone and just have a chat. It was cool to have a connection.”
