Love Island’s Camilla Thurlow to fight Helen Skelton in Celebrity Boxing for Sport Relief

Love Island’s Camilla Thurlow will face TV host Helen Skelton in Celebrity Boxing for Sport Relief.

The two ladies will battle it out in a series of bouts, all in the name of charity.

“I am quite nervous,” says Camilla from training, “It’s difficult but I love it. I’m definitely being put through my paces.

“I’ve heard trash talk was quite a big part. I used to like watching videos where boxers call each other out and have a face off. I don’t know if it’ll be y best skill, but I’ll try.”

And they aren’t the only ones to sign up.

Four other fearless celebrities will also don their gloves and take to the ring later this month.

Footballer Wayne Bridge faces reality star Spencer Matthews while singer and actress Hannah Spearritt goes head to head with The Saturday’s Vanessa White – mouth guards at the ready!

The battles will air as part of BBC One’s Sport Relief telethon on March 23.

The mayhem begins from 7pm as Gary Lineker, Davina McCall and Ore Oduba welcome viewers.

Throughout the night Paddy McGuinness, Claudia Winkleman and Freddie Flintoff will also take on presenting duties as the fun rolls into the early hours.

During the jam packed evening, comedian John Bishop will take on a role he could only have dreamt of as he sets out on a mission to help England win the World Cup.

We’ll see a special Clash Of The Channels Boat Race and Quizmaster Sue Barker hosts a special edition of A Question of Sport.

Plus a Strictly Come Dancing special brings even more glitz and glamour to the evening as three football legends Alex Scott, Chris Kamara and David Ginola don their sequins to show us their fancy footwork.

And of course, throughout the night, there will be a look into how money raised through Sport Relief can help vulnerable people in the UK and across the world live happier, healthier, safer lives, through several appeal films with a special focus this year on maternal health, malaria and mental health.
