Love Island’s Jess and Dom to get their own reality show?

Love Island’s Dominic Lever and Jessica Shears are rumoured to be getting their own reality show.

The news comes after the couple from the latest ITV2 series this week announced that they were engaged.

“It happened the night before the TV Choice Awards,” Jess told OK! Magazine. “We were staying in a lovely apartment in London. Dom filled it with flowers and had got us a bottle of champagne.

“I was grinning like a Cheshire Cat when Dom got down on one knee – he said afterwards that he had never seen me smile like that!”

According to The Sun newspaper, Jess and Dom are set to tie the knot within the next 12 months and cameras will follow them at every step.

“Jess and Dom couldn’t be happier right now,” a source said, “They’ve now got their date set and they’ll get married next summer.

“They’re currently in talks with telly bosses to star in a Newlyweds show in the run-up to the big day.”

Insiders reckon that the series would be a “guaranteed viewing hit”, airing in the run up to next summer’s series of Love Island.

Jess and Dom are set to be the first couple from Love Island to get married, although aren’t the first to be engaged.

Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen announced their engagement earlier this year after appearing on the show in 2016. They plan to marry at the end of 2018.

Love Island will return to ITV2 next summer.
