Fresh from the end of Love Island 2017, the show's narrator Iain Stirling has been spilling all.
The comedian is a fan favourite on the show, even if we never actually see him.
But making an appearance in person on ITV's This Morning on Monday, Iain spilled some behind the scenes secrets from the latest series.
Although he did admit to being a little worse for wear, appearing straight after the show's wrap party.
"It was fun, but I could do with a few hours more sleep!" he told hosts Eamonn Holms and Ruth Langsford.
The 'most tanned man in Scotland' is back from two months in Spain narrating on the antics of this year's Islanders.
Love Island enjoyed its most successful series to date with almost 3 million viewers tuning in each night.
But Iain confessed he was initially cautious about signing up to the show having never been keen about reality telly.
Soon though he was addicted to it as us all - only Iain had exclusive access to the contestants.
"I don't ever go into the villa but I snuck into the camera hides, watching them from afar," he revealed. "It's like a zoo. wrap party."
As for how his cutting comments went down with the couples, Iain admitted when coming face to face with the cast at the wrap party: "A few people enjoyed it, a few people thought it was funny and a couple of people...
"Well mainly it was their mum and dad who were annoyed. They all know what it is."
Love Island will return in 2018 for its fourth series.
