Winner of Love Island last year Cara De La Hoyde has issued a warning to this year's finalists.
Cara won last year's show with then boyfriend Nathan Massey although the pair split earlier this year.
Chatting to Closer magazine ahead of the 2017 final, the reigning champ had a warning for the remaining couples.
She said: "Life after Love Island was absolutely crazy. It was surreal. Nathan and I were lucky enough to have some incredible experiences - we went on holidays, met amazing people and attended fabulous events.
"But I'd advise the winners to take things slow, enjoy it and not to be pressured into doing anything."
Cara added: "They must make sure they don't move too quickly. I've seen that Dom and Jess are discussing moving in and marriage within a matter of weeks, which is absolutely crazy!
"There will be challenges - they will have to deal with a lot of attention and girls at PAs throwing themselves at the guys."
Meanwhile, winner of 2016's Love Island Cara hopes 2018's run will feature a more diverse range of contestants - so long as they apply.
"It’s going to be bloomin’ hard work to get into that villa next year," she said at the weekend. “The number that applied this year was big, so next year is going to be even bigger."
Speaking to potential Islanders, Cara told the Sunday People newspaper: “Don’t be put off by how you perceive yourself.
"Love Island can only put in people who apply, so if you’re a beautiful plus-size girl – or a guy with not many abs – remember, me and Nathan won.
“Nathan wasn’t 6ft 5in with loads of abs.
"I’m not blonde with big boobs – I’m brunette, with mixed origins and little boobies.”
Love Island 2017 concludes tonight with the live final at 9PM on ITV2.
