The lie detector is returning to Love Island tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
A teaser at the end of tonight's episode of Love Island 2017 saw the remaining contestants being put through the lie detector task, which proved a hit on last summer's series.
Fans were super exited by the news with one reacting: "I can't wait for the lie detector tomorrow! #LoveIsland"
Another posted to Twitter: "Just when you think #loveisland cannot get more savage..... they bring out the lie detector! 🙈🙊👏🏻🙌🏻"
A third added: "MATE, that lie detector is going to be BRUTAL GOLD 🙌🏾🙌🏾😂 #loveisland"
However some were unhappy that the lie detector task comes after Mike was evicted from the villa in tonight's show.
"They get rid of Mike and then bring in a lie detector??? Could've found out the truth about Jess #LoveIsland" one posted.
Meanwhile, the lie detector follows a night of drama in the villa following a Twitter task in this evening's episode.
Georgia and Sam hosted the game and read a tweet out with Islanders’ names blanked out with the other Islanders having to guess who the tweet was about.
The first tweets included “Am I the only one who’s not convinced on XXX feelings for XXX? Seems so fake”
The Islanders were left shocked when they heard the couple that the tweet was about is Gabby and Marcel.
In the Beach Hut later, Gabby insisted: “I’d deserve an Oscar if I was faking it. I know that me and Marcel are rock solid so think what you like love.”
Another tweet read: “XXX has cracked on with three different lads so far and yet people say she is an innocent girl…”
The Islanders discovered the tweet was about Camilla.
In the Beach Hut, Camilla opened up: “I’ve never said I’m an innocent girl. In my ideal world, I would have come in and met the man of my dreams and unfortunately life is not like that.”
Chris and Olivia then kicked off at one another after a tweet revealed she had said she'd spend the night in the hideaway with Mike.
The latest episode ended with a shock dumping as Mike and Tyla got the boot after a public vote.
Love Island 2017 continues nightly on ITV2.
