Olivia Attwood and Sam Gowland had a 'PG cuddle' in the Love Island 2017 villa yesterday.

After spending the night together, Olivia revealed to the Beach Hut of what went on: “It was like a PG cuddle. Sam wasn’t my type straightaway. But this always happens to me, people grow on me. The more I see him everyday, the more I fancy him as the days go on.”

Sam elaborated on his dalliance with Olivia during a chat with Kem: “If I get some juicy details to tell you, I will be the person to tell you, but unfortunately it was just a little kiss and a little cuddle. It’s inevitable it was going to happen.”

Kem pushed him for further details: “Was she a good kisser? Did you try it on at all? Not even a little bit? Yes you did, I know you did.”

Refusing to let on, Sam laughed and walked away.

Later, with two new boys entering the villa, Sam took the opportunity to tell Olivia how he felt: “Past couple of days has been good and I’ve been a bit, not stand offish with you, but just not telling you exactly how I feel - do you know what I mean?

"I do like you. I do want to couple up with you. If I get the choice and it’s me coupling up, I’m going to pick you. 100%.”

In spite of the shift in power in favour of the girls, Olivia put Sam’s mind at ease: “Obviously all the girls are buzzing about tonight. It’s fun isn’t it? You’d be buzzing if it was two girls, it’s fun to have new people in.

"But I’m not going to just pie you off for some boy because he’s fit. We get on so well. And I can’t imagine having the same crack with someone else that we’ve got.”

Love Island 2017 airs tonight at 9PM on ITV.
