Love Island 2016: Malin Andersson returns for a showdown with Terry Walsh

Love Island 2016

Malin Andersson returns to Love Island 2016 to confront Terry Walsh in a dramatic showdown.

Malin and Terry were together in the villa until she left in a shock exit.

While Terry originally vowed to go with her, he instead decided has since got together with new girl Emma.

In the villa yesterday, Scott and Terry received a text to let them know they were leaving the villa for a ‘man-date’. Terry said: “I can’t wait – beer and boy time. Banter.”

As they enjoyed a beer together, Terry told Scott: “Here’s to an incredible journey so far bruv, it’s been a blessing that you’ve been here mate.”

There the pair spoke bout their time in the villa over the past month, including Terry's time with Malin.

Scott said: “I’m so glad that Malin went because if you had to be with her until the end, then you wouldn’t have got to show another side to you.”

Terry agreed, saying: “I’m not sure it would have lasted to the end. It was just chipping away at me. I lay in bed that night and I nearly broke away from it. Although I had a wicked time with her I’ve enjoyed the other side of Love Island where I’m thinking out loud and I’m not having to think about what I’m saying."

Just as the boys were bonding, Malin made a dramatic entrance and stunned the boys, saying: “Hello boys. What’s going on?”

As a shocked Scott spat his drink out, he exclaimed: “Oh my god! S***!”

Left alone together, Terry sat stunned and speechless as Malin told him: “I’ve been watching everything.”

Terry replied: “Yeah, but I said it was a test for me didn’t I? I didn’t say to you I was 100% going to be with you.”

Objecting, Malin told him: “Terry, we were together in that villa. I left that villa as a couple with you; we were official in there. You were my boyfriend. I came out of there supporting you.

"I know you didn’t come out, but I thought ‘I’m going to support him, he’s having a good experience with the lads’. Then a day later you’re hooked up. You were wanting to come out of there with me!?”

Terry replied: “I know I was, but then I had to reflect on things. I spoke to the boys and at the end of the day; it was still my time in there. I can’t just walk like everyone else. Analysing stuff on the two days I was on my own, it weren’t gonna go anywhere. You know what you was like, you was creating rows.”

As Malin became increasingly agitated, she said: “You said you were going to dump me a few days before? You said ‘I was gonna dump her anyway’. No you were not. You led me on the whole time we were in there; you were playing a massive game Terry. Everyone can see it. Your little girl Emma’s playing a game too. You’re muggy as f***. I can see everything.”

Terry then told Malin: I tried with you but your possessiveness… everyone can see it Malin, the rows you’ve created.”

She replied: “I did not create any rows. You and your cheese toastie? Your t-shirt argument? Ridiculous. You cheated on me in there. You’ve cheated on me and made me look like a mug and disrespected me completely.”

The pair went their separate ways once again as Terry returned to the villa dejected.

Terry told the boys: “She’s spiteful. I don’t wanna talk to anyone about it. I’m just p***ed off. Don’t, because I’ll get the hump. I don’t even want to be around anyone mate. I just want to be on my own for a minute.”

Terry told the Beach Hut: “You can’t just stop caring about someone. I had a great time with her; I’m not doubting that. It’s just that we weren’t meant to be as a couple. That’s why it’s such a shame it went the way it did. I can’t change Malin’s opinion of me now, it’s too late. I just hope she understands why I’m doing what I am.”

Love Island 2016 airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.
