Love Island 2016: Tom Powell desperate to get back with Sophie Gradon!

Love Island 2016

It's not all over for Sophie Gradon and Tom Powell on Love Island 2016 with him determined to win her back!

On last night's show we saw Sophie DUMP Tom but he vowed he wouldn't give up in trying to keep their relationship live.

Yesterday in the villa, in scenes to be shown on ITV2 tonight from 9PM, Tom approached Sophie after giving her some time to think things through.

Well, about 24 hours, at least

With new guys joining the show, the pressure was particularly on for Tom who wanted to know how Sophie was feeling about the situation and explained to her just how much she meant to him.

Feeling that Tom was being unfair, Sophie told him: “I don’t think you’ve got any right to ask me how I feel. You should have thought about that before you decided to treat me the way you have.”

Tom recognised that he had made mistakes, telling Sophie: “I know I should have, and I know I f***ed up big time with you. This whole thing has made me rethink the whole situation and make me rethink me and you. You’ve made me change.”

Tom reassured her: “I’m becoming a man again, slowly but surely I’m becoming a man again. I promise you that this whole situation has scared the life out of me so much that it’s made me never ever want to be like that again. Whether it’s with you or with someone else, it doesn’t matter anymore.

"You matter the world to me. You’re my main priority, there’s nothing else that compares to you. You’re the one thing that I have to look after in this life.

"I’ve never wanted to fight for something as much in my entire life. Usually I just walk; I can’t do that with you. It doesn’t matter how long it takes to prove it to you, I will prove it to you.

"Hand on heart, I will try everything to make this work because you do mean the world to me and I can’t let this go like this. I’m never going to look elsewhere. I just can’t risk losing this feeling. I just wanted you to know.“

Will Tom's words will Sophie over or will her one of the new hunks catch her eye?

Love Island airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.
