Love Island's Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey clash on tonight's show.
The pair seem to be strongest of the couples having been together from the very first day.
But yesterday, Cara was feeling a little less loved up with Nathan.
“With Nath, I don’t want him to change. I’m with him because of who he is, and I love who he is. He’s amazing," she said. "But sometimes I think he takes for granted that I’m there and I like him so much. Sometimes it’s nice to feel special.”
After a disagreement in the bedroom, Nathan told Cara that she needed to stop being so clingy. Cara objected: “I want to be clingy today, everyone else gets to be clingy, why don’t I get to be clingy? I’m not clingy a lot. When I want to be clingy, let me be clingy.”
In the Beach Hut, Nathan admitted: “She just feels a bit neglected. I’m always arsing about the villa. I can’t sit still for love nor money, everyone knows that. I’m 100 miles per hour and sometimes she just wants a bit of ‘us’ time and I don’t. I don’t want to upset her or make her feel like s**t.”
Still frustrated by Cara’s clinginess, Nathan told Terry: “I just can’t deal with everyone touching me.
"Like [Cara] is constantly grabbing me, I can’t deal with it Tel. Not in the day. [Girls] think you’re going off of them, you can’t tell them.”
With the strength of Love Island's top couple suddenly looking uncertain, a night in the hideaway allowed the pair to spend some alone time.
After frolicking around with chocolate body paint, the pair settled down for the night and Cara sought some reassurances: “Say something really nice that’ll make me be sick a little bit. Go on do it, then I won’t make you say nothing else nice for a long time.”
In a tender moment, Nathan stopped joking around and revealed to Cara: “You’re the first girl that’s ever made me laugh and made me feel good about myself. It’s true. You probably are [my favourite girl ever].
"I’ve never ever clicked with a girl like that, ever in my life. I’m being deadly serious. It’s weird.”
Elsewhere on tonight's Love Island, Tom and Sophie get to enjoy their first official date together as they went rollerblading.
And it proved to be just the thing to get the pair to truly open up to one another.
Sophie said: “I honestly came in hoping that I’d put down my barriers, really enjoy it, find someone, and I feel like I have. You give me butterflies. It feels nice to feel this again.”
Smitten, Tom replied: “I know we’ve had our ups and downs and our arguments, but I probably wouldn’t change any of it.”
Love Island airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.
