Stephanie Davis's ex Sam Reece has been rumoured to join the Love Island 2016 cast.
It's after being rather publicly dumped by Hollyoaks' Stephanie when she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother back in January, getting with fellow housemate Jeremy McConnell.
Sam, who previously appeared on Channel 4's First Dates, is said to have met with show bosses who are putting together the new line up of singletons.
Another name rumoured has been Riah Read who previously dated TOWIE's Pete Wicks.
But a source seemed to suggest they probably wouldn't end up on the final line up, telling DigitalSpy.com: "They did meet bosses, but they are unlikely to feature in the lineup."
Another name who WON'T be on this year's show despite being invited on is X Factor Josh Daniel.
The Mirror newspaper reported recently that the singer had been approached to appear in this summer's second series but turned it down to instead focus on a debut album.
Speaking earlier this month, Love Island host Caroline Flack said the new cast would include more "oldies".
"I cant wait!" Caroline enthused about Love Island's return. "There's more variety than last year.
"We can beat last year, we've got more characters, more variety and more ages.
"Last year they were all similar ages, this year we're all going to go a bit older, they need to find love too!"
Love Island 2016 will air on ITV2 from June.
