The pair became a couple on the reality show's first week back in the summer and stayed together throughout the run.
During the final day Jon proposed to Hannah and she said yes.
Speaking in a joint interview with OK magazine after the show, the pair said that their romance was for real and they had already started wedding plans.
Jon said: "So many people have met us and apologised because they realise we're serious."
Hannah revealed of their big day: "It's going to be the biggest wedding ever, especially as it's Liverpool and Essex coming together. We want a gangsta theme.
"I want something dead fabulous. I like lace gowns with long sleeves. I also want a big train with Swarovski crystals, a tiara and ten layers of extensions in my hair."
But now it's looking unlikely any of that will happen.
The duo have reportedly followed in the footsteps of Love Island winners Max and Jess and gone their separate ways.
It's after a make or break holiday in Spain with a source telling the Daily Star newspaper: "It was last chance saloon when they flew out to Majorca – they have been arguing a lot recently."
The insider added: "But when they got there it didn't work, they argued and Jon ended up flying back on his own leaving Hannah in Spain."
So that's that then...
