Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh's performance of Defying Gravity on Let's Dance for Comic Relief this evening seemed to be the show's main talking point.
The singer performed the track from the musical Wicked to promote her debut solo album Centre Stage, out now.
But many viewers weren't too impressed by the shoddy vocals, with few appreciating Kimberley's, let's say unique, take on the track.
One fan wrote on Twitter: "KIMBERLY WALSH LEAVE MUSICAL THEATRE MY CAT CAN SING BETTER THAN YOU"
Another added: "That was just embarrassing crap!! no offence Kimberly Walsh but don't ever sing that song again. Actually don't ever sing anything"
And a third tweeted: "Hmm Kimberly Walsh on the telly just strangling a cat. Oh she was "singing" was she? #wow"
In fact, it was hard to find any positive comments about the performance, which followed a similarly poor vocal at the National Television Awards last month.
But this time Kimberley wasn't even live, having pre-recorded her performance earlier in the morning.
Hitting back on her own Twitter account, Kimberley snapped: "You're a lovely lot aren't you #thatisall"
The Script also performed on the show this evening, the first live heat of the new series.
