Let's Dance 2013, this time for Comic Relief, is back, and Alex Jones feels for the celebs!
They'll be re-creating famous dance routines and music videos in a bid to be voted into the grand final, all in the aid of charity.
Former Strictly star Alex is back hosting the BBC One show alongside Steve Jones, and has been speaking about the new series.
Talking to DigitalSpy, Alex said the comics, actresses and Z-listers who generally end up just humiliating themselves were braver than her.
"These people taking part are brave," she said. "I know what it's like to dance on a large show on a Saturday night. It's the most terrifying thing in the world.
"I thought I was going to just either collapse because my heart would start beating way too fast or projectile vomit on the audience. It's just an awful experience... nerve-wracking."
Meanwhile, Alex revealed she and co-host Steve flew out to Malawi earlier in the year to see how money raised from the show was being spent.
She explained: “I'm ridiculously excited to be back on Let's Dance. We have some of our best comedians as panellists, and an unbelievable line-up of brave celebrities who are all prepared to don their dancing shoes to raise lots of money for this year’s Red Nose Day.
"Earlier this year Steve and I went out to Malawi to visit a number of projects funded by Comic Relief, and we can't wait to get stuck in, knowing that the money raised this Red Nose Day will go towards helping families in Africa and in the UK that desperately need it."
