It was week seven of the two talent shows going head to head on BBC and ITV and there was a clear victory for The Voice UK.
Let It Shine - which originally premiered to an audience of 6.3 million back on January 7 - dropped to a new low for the main show in the semi-finals.
Despite a performance from Take That, an audience of 4.3 million viewers, down 300,000 on last week, tuned in despite not clashing with The Voice.
Later, the live results show which did go head to head with The Voice UK had 3.7 million viewers as another set of five boys were sent home.
The Voice UK took also dropped from last weekend's series high but was still over a million viewers clear of its BBC rival with 5.5 million tuning in.
The Voice UK peaked with just over 6 million viewers while Let It Shine hit a high of 4.6 million over its two shows.
Meanwhile, earlier in the evening on BBC One yesterday, Casualty was steady at 4.7 million viewers against The Voice UK, airing between the two episodes of Let It Shine. Drama series Taboo was also steady, posting a figure of 3.3 million for a second week running.
Over on ITV, Ninja Warrior UK dropped 200,000 viewers week-on-week from last Saturday's series high to fall to 3.6 million while Through the Keyhole with Keith Lemon was also down, dropping 400,000 on last weekend with 3 million viewers
