Here's are the bands who have made it through to the Let It Shine live shows starting next week.
Take That's Gary Barlow, Spandau Ballet singer Martin Kemp and former X Factor judge Dannii Minogue took up a role on the judging panel for Let It Shine this weekend as they picked the finalists.
The show is on the hunt for five guys to perform in a new stage show based on the music of Take That and this week LuLu joined the panel as a guest judge.
Following four weeks of auditions, this week the Top 40 boys were split into groups of eight who took the stage in all singing, all dancing performances with some familiar faces.
The boys sought to prove their worth as they collaborated with some of the UK’s most-loved artists with spectacular staging and one big song after another. All Star performances saw the guys share the stage with the likes of Busted, Beverley Knight, Melanie C, Olly Murs and Kaiser Chiefs.
At the end of each performance the judges selected five individuals from each group of eight to go through to the live finals which begin next Saturday night.
The boys have since picked band names out and there are some pretty odd ones.
Five To Five, Drive, Nightfall, Iron Sun and Neon Panda are the five bands - each made up of five members - who will be competing for the roles in Gary's Take That musical.
From here on out it'll be the public that decide who gets through each stage and which band ultimately wins.
Let It Shine is back next Saturday night on BBC One with the first live show of the series.
