The sportsman previously played for England and more recently announced he’s set to become a professional mixed martial artist.

But rumour has it that James could also be set for another, rather different challenge.

According to The Sun newspaper, James is in ‘advanced talks’ to join I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here this year.

“Producers think James would be a great addition,” a source said. “They have made him a decent offer and are hopeful he will sign up.

Alongside his sporting anecdotes, the source claimed that producers hope he’ll spill on his friendship with Prince Harry.

James, married to Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan’s daughter Chloe Madley, attended Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding last year.
