Dec is being tipped to host I'm A Celebrity 2018 without Ant this autumn.
Ant has stepped down from his ongoing TV commitments for treatment in rehab.
It's already left Dec concluding Saturday Night Takeaway alone and he'll return solo for the Britain's Got Talent live shows.
Now bookmakers believe that Dec will also be without Ant for I'm A Celebrity later in the year.
It's possible he may get a new co-host, with former jungle queen Scarlett Moffat, Britain's Got More Talent's Stephen Mulhern and This Morning's Holly Willoughby favourites to join him.
“Fans remain hopeful that duo will be back together, but Bookmakers do not see that Ant will be back along his side in Australia for I’m A Celebrity and it is 5/6 that Dec is in the Jungle by himself,” said OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton.
“There are others who are being strongly linked – with former Jungle stars Scarlett Moffatt, Joel Dommett and Joe Swash all listed in the market – but fans don’t seem to believe anyone is likely to replace Ant.
“But if you do think that Ant and Dec might not be back, you can get 33/1 that they will be axed by ITV.”
Meanwhile, a number of celebrities have been rumoured for the I'm A Celebrity 2018 cast.
The Saturdays' Frankie Bridge is one of the favourites to join the I'm A Celebrity 2018 line up, following in the footsteps of her husband, Wayne Bridge.
Former S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens and Corrie actress Catherine Tyldesley are also fancied for a stint on the show at odds of 3/1 apiece.
Also rumoured are Love Island and Blazin Squad star Marcel Somerville, snooker player Ronnie O'Sullivan (3/1), winter Olympian Elise Christie (2/1) and Strictly Come Dancing pro Brendan Cole (Evens) after his exit from the BBC One series.
