I'm A Celebrity 2016 finalists celebrating after making it to the last day

The three I'm A Celebrity 2016 finalists have celebrated making it through to the last day of the series.

Tonight's latest results show saw the final elimination as Sam Quek missed out on tomorrow's final.

Sam followed Martin Roberts, Wayne Bridge, Larry Lamb, Carol Vorderman, Jordan Banjo, Ola Jordan, Lisa Snowdon and Danny Baker out of camp this year.

The Olympian's exit leaves just three celebrities in camp and still in with a shot of becoming this year's Queen or King of the Jungle.

Those now remaining are comic Joel Dommett, Gogglebox's Scarlett Moffatt and soap star Adam Thomas.

After Sam said her goodbyes, the final three reacted to making the final.

"One more day," said Joel, "We've literately had no days off. I've never been in the final of anything."

A squealing Scarlett added: "Same, I'm always this close."

Adam went on to say: "Never in a million years did I think I'd make it this far. As long as I wasn't first out, anything after that that was a bonus... I can't believe we're in the final."

"I genuinely didn't think anyone would know who I was," Scarlett said. "I didn't expect to even get on this show, I'd just watch it in the evening.... it's overwhelming."

And ever the comedian, Joel added: "I didn't think I would make it this far in my life, I thought I'd die at 25 after stepping on a misplaced rake."
