Here's a first look at tonight's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here trial and it's a really nasty one.
Joel Dommett and Sam Quek take on the Wicked Windmill which has been put together by someone seriously evil.
The pair find themselves in cages, strapped to a giant, spinning windmill blade.
They're then covered in a total of 110,000 bugs - the second most used of any trial this year - which include biting green ants.
As the windmill spins, Ant and Dec ask Joel and Sam Australian themed questions.
If they can answer correctly, they get to unlock a star - if they can get a hold of it, of course.
And just in case all the spinning in the 'blender of bugs' proves too much for either of the pair, the windmill even comes with its own 'puke hole'.
So far the camp on I'm A Celeb this year has been (annoyingly) well fed, with almost every task successful.
Last night saw Jordan Banjo and Larry Lamb ace the previous trial, despite Jordan facing his biggest fear of snakes.
The pair again return to camp with a full set of stars after they took part in a water challenge called Hell or High Water.
Can Joel and Sam repeat their success?
I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here continues tonight at 8:30PM on ITV.
As well as the trial and latest highlights, a fifth celeb will leave the jungle in the latest eviction results.
