Lisa Snowdon and Scarlett Moffatt will battle for eviction immunity on I'm A Celebrity 2016 tonight.
However Adam Thomas and Wayne Bridge were put forward by the public to face the 'Gates of Hell' Bushtucker Trial.
As part of the 'Claim of Thrones' twist, the four celebs are currently living in the luxury camp, with Ola winning her place by dethroning Martin Roberts.
During last night's episode, viewers again had the opportunity to choose two of the royals to risk losing their thrones in the next Trial.
As it will be the last part of the twist, this meant the other two automatically won immunity.
Ant and Dec visited the two camps at the end of the show to announce that Adam and Wayne had been chosen to defend their thrones.
As a result, Ola and Sam are now safe from the first elimination.
Meanwhile, the Subjects have decided to send Lisa and Scarlett to challenge Adam and Wayne for their thrones.
The four will compete in 'Gates to Hell', which involves them crawling on their backs through narrow tunnels - filled with crabs, maggots and other jungle critters.
"It's the Trial that's the absolute pits," a teaser said. "Royals versus subjects in a race through an abandoned mine. It's the last chance to win immunity when they take on the Gates to Hell."
Whoever is sitting alongside Ola and Sam in the thrones after the Trial will also be safe from the first public vote-off, which is expected to take place Friday night.
I'm A Celebrity continues nightly on ITV.
