Last night the pair, this time along with Martin Roberts, were once again not put up for the latest public vote to decide the celebs for the next challenge.
It was previously revealed that Scarlett was not allowed to take part in some trials due to medical reasons.
Scarlett told how she suffers from Bell’s palsy - a condition that causes temporary paralysis of the muscles in the face - as a result of a car accident when she was aged 11.
Speaking before her stint in the jungle, Scarlett explained: "I can't close my left eye properly. I have to sleep with a little eye mask and my mouth still goes to the side when I talk, although people don't really notice.
"Sometimes if I'm tired, my left eye feels a little bit twitchy, but I don't get pain or slur my words. I don't feel sorry for myself, as there are so many worse afflictions people can get."
However some viewers don't seem to have much sympathy, suggesting that she ad Larry shouldn't be on the show if they can can't compete in the trials.
"Ok I love Scarlett and Larry but they're exempt from so many trials.. why are they even in the jungle? It's hardly fair #ImACeleb" one viewer wrote after last night's show.
Another agreed on Twitter: "How annoying that Larry and Scarlett can't do most the trials because of medical reasons. Why go in if you can't participate ?? #ImACeleb"
And it may well be impacting Scarlett's chances of being crowned jungle Queen, with bookies today slashing Adam Thomas' odds of beating her.
“Adam Thomas has proven himself to be thoroughly entertaining in the jungle and if he keeps up his fun antics, he could beat Scarlett Moffatt to the crown,” said Coral’s Nicola McGeady.
I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here continues nightly on ITV.
