Martin Roberts has alarmed his fellow I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestants by refusing to eat his supply of rice and beans.
Rice and beans have been the staple foods on the ITV show since its early days, so the celebs should know by now that's all they get to survive on.
However, Martin declined to tuck in yet again yesterday, when the group cooked up their meagre supplies for lunch.
Wayne Bridge tried to change his mind, saying: "You’ve got to eat, honestly."
"I don’t want to offend the cooks," replied Martin, "But they're like really nice baked beans and somebody’s sucked off the tomato sauce."
Current Camp President Scarlett Moffatt also egged him on: "If you close your eyes and eat it, it honestly tastes like lumpy mashed potato."
But Martin only retorted: "Remind me not to come to your place for mashed potato in future!"
"It's beans for God’s sake," Scarlett continued. "Just eat them. You need your energy!"
Asked by Wayne what he'd expected from the jungle diet, Martin exclaimed: "Ketchup, condiments, mayonnaise, red wine jus, I don’t know! Something else!"
Scarlett later visited the Bush Telegraph to vent her frustrations. "I’ve never know a grown man not to force himself to eat rice and beans," she said. "He was clearly really hungry. It’s not going to kill you.
"You need to eat it to keep strong because you’re going to end up super grumpy. Yes, they taste like powdery pebbles, but you’ve just got to eat them because there’s nothing else."
Luckily for Martin, he managed to win some slightly more exciting grub for dinner by finding eight stars in the 'Hell Hollow' Bushtucker Trial.
