The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestants were given advice on how to POO properly yesterday - by none other than Larry Lamb!
The other campmates have marvelled at how fit and active Larry is at the ripe old age of 68.
Yesterday he was at it again with his early morning workout, which includes squats and push-ups.
Adam Thomas described him as "an absolute stallion", while Wayne Bridge commented: "If I’m in that shape when I’m his age, I’ll be absolutely buzzing."
The jungle 'health and fitness camp' continued when Lisa Snowdon crouched down and said: "It's probably not very good to sit like this."
Sam Quek disagreed, saying: "As human beings, that's how you should naturally poop. It comes out easy like that."
Larry then gave his insight on proper squatting. "What you do is sit on the bog with the lid off, so your bum’s down and put your feet up," said the ex-EastEnders actor.
An amused Scarlett Moffatt reacted: "Larry is the expert in everything. From politics to pooing, Larry knows it all.
"I’ve been pooing for 26 years of my life, and all this time I thought I was doing it right. Who would have thought I’d come to Jungle and learn how to have a crap!"
We're sure Larry's tips will prove useful when the constipation takes hold!
I'm A Celebrity continues tomorrow night at 9.00pm on ITV.
