Scarlett claims she's actually looking forward to having a go at the vomit-inducing eating challenges.
To mentally prepare herself, she's been comparing the nasty dishes on the jungle menu to the foods she enjoys at home.
"I know I might be the only person who says this but I am really curious to see what the things taste like," Scarlett explained. "If you get an Ostrich ear, I want to know what it’s like to eat it whole. What is the texture like?"
"I keep saying rump steak is my favourite food but really that is a cow’s bum – just a different animal really!
"Eating testicles? I’ve been preparing for this by eating really chewy Scotch eggs and pretending they are kangaroo balls. The eggs have some pooping in them and everyone says it pops so similar!"
The 26-year-old isn't alone in her curiosity, as fellow contestant Lisa Snowdon says she's eager to try kangaroo anus.
But the food isn't the only thing Scarlett has been preparing herself for - she admits to being scared of the suspension BRIDGES that link the various areas of the jungle.
"I’ve been walking over the one bridge near my home to get used to it," she said. "That bridge in the jungle is going to be a Bushtucker Trial in itself for me!
"But I am going to give it my all. This is an adventure of a lifetime for me, I’ve never been to Australia and I have always wanted to go. There is no better way to go than this."
I'm A Celebrity 2016 kicks off this Sunday at 9.00pm on ITV.
