The countdown to I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 2016 has officially begun - as ITV has confirmed its launch date!

Ant and Dec will be back on our screens with the reality show on Sunday 13th November at 9.00pm.

The news was announced on Twitter with a photo of the Geordie duo, which revealed a hidden message when clicked.

This means there's less than two weeks to go until the sixteenth series of jungle drama kicks off.

It could be the most terrifying ever, with reports suggesting the Bushtucker Trials will feature HALF A MILLION bugs.

Bosses are also considering adding crocodile vagina to the menu for the eating challenges.

I'm A Celebrity 2016 line-up rumours

As always, the rumour mill is churning out potential contestants. The latest names in the frame are Homes Under The Hammer host Martin Roberts and ex-EastEnder Larry Lamb.

Meanwhile, Olympic gold medal winner Sam Quek has reportedly stepped in to replace her hockey teammate Maddie Hinch.

Other candidates include broadcaster Danny Baker, Gogglebox's Scarlett Moffatt and Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas.

The campmates are due to arrive in Australia imminently. Bosses are likely to confirm their identities next week, ahead of the first episode.
