Im A Celebrity 2012: David Haye: 'I'm not disappointed'

I'm A Celebrity 2012 - David Haye

David Haye has insisted he's not disappointed after leaving I'm A Celebrity in third place.

David became the latest star to leave in tonight's I'm A Celebrity 2012 results, leaving just Ashley Roberts and Charlie Brooks remaining.

Speaking after his exit, David said: "It's out of my hands, if it was down to a trial and it was down to me, then I would be feeling it, but it's out of my hands, it's down to the public."

The former Heavyweight boxing champ said he was glad to have shown viewers the 'real him'.

He explained: "It was fun. When anyone has ever seen me before it's in the boxing arena, but here it's everyday me and I like to have a fun.

"I would rather box, that's a lot easier than doing this, it's just one night.

"I didn't know how I would deal with working as a team and it worked out OK, I didn't get wound up and it was quite fun."

David continued: "I have to say I was a very happy man with the last two in there, it could have been an ugly couple in there!"

Insisting he couldn't choose between the pair when asked who he wanted to win, David added: "I love them both, I couldn't pick between them, both deserve to win for many different reasons."
