I'm A Celebrity 2012: Nadine Dorries brands Helen Flanagan a fake

I'm A Celebrity 2012 - Nadine Dorries

Axed I'm A Celebrity contestant Nadine Dorries has branded Helen Flanagan a fake.

Former Tory MP Nadine was booted out of the show in last night's first elimination.

But before she left the jungle Nadine warned the other celebs to keep an eye on Helen, branding her a fake.

When Helen was out of earshot, Nadine told the others: “The day of Deadly Delivery, I said to her: ‘Forget bringing meals home for us, do it for your career.’ And she did.

“I said: ‘You will be in every newspaper because it will be such a shock. It will be your best yet. It will be phenomenal.’”

Celeb chef Rosemary Shrager replied: “I agree with Nadine. She is cleverer than we think.”

While Colin Baker said: “She is a shrewd cookie if she is. That’s a brilliant performance if she is.”

Helen's parents Paul and Julia Flanagan this week defended their daughter from the criticism both in camp and from the press.

Dad Paul insisted: “They say she’s a fake, but she’s not.”

Mum Julia added: “It’s been really hard to watch.

“It’s horrible seeing her crying.”

Meanwhile, Nadine defended her decision to enter the jungle and insisted she was definitely a celebrity!

She said: “I think most people do know me quite well.

“I’ve got a majority of 15,500.”

However an unimpressed Rosemary told her: “Well I didn’t know who you were.”
