Parents of I'm A Celebrity star Helen Flanagan have admitted that they're worry about her!
23-year-old Helen has been voted for every bushtucker trial so far, but has yet to win a single star for camp.
Now her mum and dad, Julia and Paul, have pleaded with viewers to stop voting for their daughter.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, the couple also revealed how they had tried to persuade Helen from entering the jungle in the first place.
Julia told the newspaper: “I was really worried about her going in there because it’s not the nicest of environments at all. I tried to persuade her not to go, even the week before I said, ‘Helen, you don’t have to do this you know!’
“I said, ‘Helen, do you really think you could eat a kangaroo’s anus?’”
Partner Paul revealed: “We dropped little hints like, ‘You know the spiders are massive over there don’t you Helen?’ But she had made up her mind.”
Julia explained to the tabloid that they were hoping the public would give Helen a break, ahead of tonight's live trial.
She said: “We don’t think people are getting the right impression of Helen. The tasks are clearly taking their toll on her.
“She’s tired. They are not eating properly, which must be making things worse, and the public are just not seeing the right side of her."
Julia added: “It’s starting to feel like the voting public are pushing her too far. They’ve all seen how much she is struggling and they are still voting for her to do the trials.
“I wish they would stop and just give her a bit of time to adjust. If she gets a few nights off then people will see the real Helen because she’ll be able to relax a bit. That’s what we want. That’s what she needs.”
Unfortunately for Helen and her parents, she's the favourite to be voted to take part in tonight's trial!
