I'm A Celebrity 2012: Nadine Dorries tipped for first bushtucker trial

Nadine Dorries (I'm A Celebrity 2012)

MP Nadine Dorries is a friendless 20/1 to go on and win I’m A Celebrity and William Hill predict that she will not have a happy time in the Jungle.

After the I'm A Celebrity 2012 line up was revealed, the Tory MP is 2/1 favourite to be the first contestant to face a bushtucker trial.

Conversely William Hill customers are big fans of Brian Conley who’s price has halved from 8/1 to 4/1 to be crowned King of the Jungle.

Brian is now favourite to win the show ahead of soap rivals Helen Flanagan and Charlie Brooks.

“Nadine claims she wants to raise political issues in the jungle, but the likelihood is that her posturing will grate on her campmates and the public in equal measure,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

Nadine however has said she reckons she's ready for the task.

“Westminster is a jungle,” declared the 55-year-old politician as she touched down in Australia yesterday. “Game playing, tactics, strategies. In Westminster you achieve everything by vote. This is the same. The parallels are huge.”

But Nadine may be in for a shock, as she confessed: "I haven’t even had time to watch the show. And so I definitely don’t have a game plan. I just want to be myself.”
