According to the Daily Star newspaper, Maria sparked interest from the two reality shows after quitting the ITV2 series earlier this year.
In an interview, the 25-year-old model admitted: “I do want to get back on TV – perhaps in I’m A Celebrity or Big Brother.”
Maria – who has since quit Essex to move to Scotland with her boyfriend Lee Croft – is now said to be preparing for her ‘TV comeback’.
A source told the tabloid: “Producers are digging deep to try to get her. There is talk of offers on the table of up to £250,000.”
Maria joins the likes of Olympic star Rebecca Adlington, Darts champ Eric Bristow and Birds of a Feather actress Linda Robson on the list of celebs being lined up for a stint in the jungle this year.
Other names linked to the show include singer Grace Jones, Kate Middleton’s burlesque stripper cousin Katrina Darling and stand up comic Brian Conley .
The new series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here will air on ITV1 from next month.
