I'm A Celebrity 2012: Joe Swash wants Paul Gascognie in the jungle

Joe Swash

I'm A Celebrity 2012 spin off host Joe Swash has said he wants to see Paul Gascognie in the jungle.

The former EastEnders star - who was crowned King of the Jungle in 2008 - suggested that the former footballer would make a "great addition to the line up.

Joe, who will be back hosting ITV2 spin-off show I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here Now, said: "I'd like to see how Gazza handled the jungle, he'd definitely make great TV."

Speaking to Bang Showbiz, Joe said picking highlights from his career on telly was hard.

He explained: "'EastEnders' and 'I'm A Celeb...' have definitely been career highlights for me but I got my first real taste of telly from the Andrex advert that I starred in when I was just seven years old.

"It was my first showbiz moment and as a young boy getting to play with the Andrex Puppy was definitely a unique experience! It's amazing to think that he's still an icon after 40 years, in showbiz that's pretty good going!"

To celebrate this landmark birthday, Andrex has partnered with renowned charity Guide Dogs, with the aim of training at least 40 new puppies into guide dogs to help the blind and partially sighted.

To get involved in the campaign and help train puppies into Guide Dogs, simply buy a celebratory pack of Andrex in store, enter your unique code at www.andrexpuppypoints.co.uk and purchase a limited edition collectable soft toy puppy in its very own Guide Dogs jacket. Each sale will raise 50p for the charity.
