The former EastEnders actor, who played Heather Trott in the BBC One series, admitted that she didn't fancy taking part in [cat]Strictly Come Dancing[/cat].
Speaking at this week's Inside Soap awards, Cheryl said: "I don't have the stamina for 'Strictly' after my 'Ice Ice Baby' experience for 'Let's Dance for Comic Relief', and I busted up my right leg on it.
"I'm going to leave that to the people who have got stamina - I've not got that.
"Stick me in the 'Big Brother' house, stick me up the jungle in an airplane. I'd go on 'I'm A Celebrity' - I'd love it! It's one of my favourites."
The 48-year-old told BANG Showbiz: "If they would love me I would love to do it. I'd love to parachute out of a plane on a man's back, who wouldn't? Seriously?"
Despite looking for spots on reality telly shows, Cheryl insisted that she had been "blessed" by many job offers since quitting Eastenders earlier this year.
She said: "I've been doing 'The Spa' written by Darren Litten, who wrote 'Benidorm'. I've just finished filming that for him which comes out in the autumn on Sky."
