The Great British Bake Off 2019 continues tonight as the tent heads back in time almost 100 years.
Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood are once again back as judges of The Great British Bake Off airing Tuesday nights on Channel 4.
Prue and Paul will be joined by GBBO hosts Sandi Toksvig OBE and Noel Fielding for their third series together.
This year's series has welcomed a bakers dozen of the best amateur bakers in Britain start on their journey to whisk, knead, ice, beat and bake their way through classic British cakes, perfect patisserie, Danish delights, sticky caramel constructions and elaborate layered puddings.
In order to take the Bake Off Crown, they must master 30 challenges carefully designed by judges Paul and Prue to test their limits.
Last week's episode saw Phil Thorne become the latest baker to be sent home after the first ever dairy week, while Steph Blackwell won the week's Star Baker award.
Tonight, it's week five and the remaining nine bakers face three new challenges all inspired by the 'roaring twenties'.
There's a Signature that's a decorative take on bakes usually found in slapstick films - the classic custard pie - before a Technical that tests each baker's timing and consistency.
Finally, they face a three tiered Showstopper that's a take on their favourite tipple.
Three challenges. Three chances to win star baker. Three chances to avoid leaving the tent.
At the end of it all, Prue and Paul will have to decide who is the next baker going home.
Watch all the action from the tent and see who leaves when the Great British Bake Off 2019 airs tonight at 8PM on Channel 4.
Meanwhile, The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice returns with Jo Brand, airing on Friday nights on Channel 4.
