The BBC has said goodbye to the Great British Bake Off with an emotional tribute video.
Yesterday evening saw the last EVER episode of the Bake Off to air on BBC One.
It was also the last time that judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood joined presenters Mel and Sue in the famous tent.
In the second of two Christmas episodes, a festive welcome awaited four more returning bakers - Chetna from Series 5, Howard from Series 4, James M from Series 3 and Janet from Series 2.
The judges have set three festive challenges before crowning another Christmas Bake Off champion.
And at the end of the show, the BBC aired a montage of the past six series.
"With love baked into every slice, let's enjoy some of the sweet memories we’ve shared over the last 7 years of The Great British Bake Off on the BBC," the channel announced.
The official Bake Off Twitter account posted: "It's time to raise a glass to the gang of four. Through the tears over tiers and fun over bun, it's been a huge pleasure."
Mary concluded at the end of the clip: "Sheer perfection. And I enjoyed every minute"
It's not clear when we can expect to see the Great British Bake Off back on our TV screens.
Channel 4 has purchased the rights in a new three-year-deal but it may not be until 2018 that the next series airs due to rights issues.
But whenever the Bake Off does return, there will be no Mary, Mel or Sue in the tent with only Paul sticking with the show in the channel move.
