Mary Berry has revealed that she's eager to work with Mel and Sue again, amid rumours they'll star in a rival to The Great British Bake Off.
After Bake Off's move to Channel 4 was confirmed last month, Mary, Mel and Sue all quit the show.
Reports soon claimed that Beeb bosses are already plotting to reunite them on a replacement cooking contest.
But while Mary hasn't heard any insider gossip, she did tell Chris Evans on his BBC Radio 2 show earlier this week that she's keen to team up with Mel and Sue again.
"We have made no decisions whatsoever, we haven’t actually all three got together," she said. "But we will do something because we’re good pals, and who knows what it will be?
"It may not be baking, you never know! It could be gardening, I’m a very keen gardener you know!"
Pressed on the rumours, she added: "We haven’t been approached yet, we would love to do something together. We’ll just have to wait and see. We’re good pals. I just love their humour."
The BBC's final series of Bake Off only concluded on Wednesday, but Mel and Sue have already landed a new gig with the corporation.
The popular pair will present next year's revival of comedy talent contest Let's Sing and Dance for Comic Relief.
Perhaps Mary could be the head judge?!
The trio will have their last Bake Off hurrah later this year, when BBC One airs two Christmas specials.
