The Great British Bake Off 2016 is nearly at its final but just who will leave tonight?
It's Dessert Week on the show this evening as three sweet challenges decide which one of the remaining six will be going home.
Those that survive the cull will make their way through to this year's Bake off Quarter Final.
First up is the usual signature challenge, a Swiss roll. Despite some fears most of the bakers manage to pull off their recipes.
But the technical challenge provides a real test.
Set by Mary Berry, the recipe is one that none of the bakers have ever made and some aren't even sure what it is. The fiendish bake is one of the toughest technicals so far, but who will crack it?
Finally there is this week’s Showstopper challenge where Paul and Marry ask each baker to come up with a number of mini mousses.
Candice Brown Tom Gillford and Jane Beedle all go out with their creations but have they given themselves a bit too much work to do?
As usual, at the end of it all, Paul and Mary will retreat to discuss the bakers' performances.
One will win the title of Star Baker for for one it'll be the sad trip out of the tent and back home.
Elsewhere on the Great British Bake Off tonight, Sue heads to Paris for a lesson on the history of praline and nibbles on a few of these nutty delicacies.
The Great British Bake Off airs tonight at 8PM on BBC One.
